Hellenic Island Services offers a big selection of accommodation categories from classic hotels, to private villas and low budget self-catering units. Our goal is to satisfy every partner by offering the best “value for money” relation in the market.
Our Yield – Contracting Department taking advantage of the long experience of the local market, collaborate with the tour operators in the process of achieving the most competitive conditions and standards of each tour operator. Therefore we offer fully contracting and yield management support in the process of maximize the sales and the profit of our partners offering them different kind of accommodation options , allocation with short release, special discount , and secured room availability .
Our Reservation Department its operates 24 hours a day, constituted from more than 20 high skilled and experience colleagues who cooperate with the tour operators and the reservation department of each hotel so we can insure the satisfaction level of each partner.
After investing in technology we can offer our accommodation services through our B2B Booking System which allows our partner to have access to our data system and check the availability in real time. On top of that our software could support XML connectivity with different software systems, creating new conditions in efficient and lucrative level with our partners.
Transfers
Hellenic Island Services is the biggest provider of transfers in Rhodes. Our stands in “Diagoras” International Airport of Rhodes and in the Tourist Port of the island operates 24 hours pair day from April until end of October and organize transfers to different regions.
Our fleet is constituted from more than 50 owned and leased mini buses, coaches, taxis and limos from 4 up to 61 seats. From 2015 Hellenic Island Services will be running a special vehicle to transport disabled passengers and their escorts. This vehicle will be equipped with the latest technology and the legal requirements for safe transport of people with mobility problems. All of the vehicles are fully air conditioned, with the latest audio visual equipment and follows the highest health, safety and insurance standards for every passenger. The driving skills and the experience about the destination of our driver are based to the entire necessary legal license due to the Greek Law about the transportation.
We can provide different variety of transfer types such as private transfer, shared transfer and VIP transfer. All types can be provided to tour operator as well as to groups and individual clients
Excursions
The excursion department organizes a variety of excursions, with our own fleet of buses, and with cooperation of different styles of boats. We have the market background and knowledge of the different requirements and preferences across a diverse group of source markets, to be able to structure and conduct a highly effective excursions program for all the clients. All excursions are guided by skilled and experienced local guides who covers every interest of different regions . The excursions program is applying to all the health and safety procedure following the latest EU quality and safety standards.
The excursion program is sold as well to renowned Tour Operators who take the advantage of our excellent service and knowledge with our competitive rates.

In the Cruise field Hellenic Island Services enjoying long term relation with Cruise Companies (Royal Caribbean, Celebrities, Costa and MSC) and is the main provider of excursions to the clients of cruise ships who are visiting the Island for one or more days. Our high skilled and experience colleagues are responsible of organizing and providing a unique excursion program based on covering all different interests of the client on a pre-plan or tailor made basis. On the tailor made basis we organize cooking lessons, wine testing, walking tours pottery demonstration and many more. VIP
Hellenic Island Services has designed and offers V.I.P. accommodation, transfer and excursion services aiming at providing high quality services, comfort, privacy and security of passengers. The services can be provided to small groups and individual clients.
VIP accommodation services include the rent of private villas and luxury rooms in 5 star Hotels located in Rhodes Island. The quality and the facilities of villas and the on – house services that can be provided could easily satisfies a VIP client regarding covering his needs for business and relaxing.
VIP Transfers can be provided from the airport and port (schedule- charter flight or private flight and yacht) to all the region of Rhodes Island including private villas. Services are provided using limos and executive mini buses (MERCEDES BENZ) which covers the highest standards of quality. The drivers of these cars have extensive experience in transporting V.I.P. individuals, politician and businessmen who are visiting the island for business and tourism purposes.
VIP Excursions is based on the philosophy of exporting the Island of Rhodes and other Islands which is located in the Aegean Sea ( Symi , Santorini , Mykonos etc ) with a different way travelling with limos, executive mini buses, private yacht and airplane .
